The Times They Are A-changin’

After 21 wonderful years and careful consideration of what’s best for my customers and restaurant, I’ve decided to make an exciting change.

Nico’s will be relocating to a new location, three blocks west to 501 Erie Street (on the corner of Erie and Howard Avenue).

This move will allow me to fulfill my wish to cook with a wood-fired grill and a brick pizza oven.

The larger site will also mean that Nico’s can offer a comfortable bar/lounge area for customers to enjoy craft cocktails and an extensive selection of locally made craft beers.

We’ll be open for lunch and dinner and, possibly, even for an authentic, Italian-style breakfast.

We'll also plan many special theme night dinners such as Game, Seafood, Vegan, Calabrese, Sicilian and Tuscan, just to name a few.

We're hoping to be up and running there sometime in late August or September. In the meantime we're still at our original location cooking away like we have been since 1997.
