Choose from one of two four course menus ($65 per person).

1. A seafood dinner, "di Mare," from the sea

• Zuppa - winter vegetable minestrone with grilled king crab leg
• Pennoni Salmone - pasta in a smoked salmon & asparagus vodka blush sauce
• Grilled Arctic Char filet topped with a roasted garlic and tomato olive oil, sautéed rapini & caramelized red onion
•  Choice of  Tiramisu or  Crème Brulee

2. a carnivores dinner, "di Terra." from the earth

• Zuppa - wild mushroom bisque with truffle oil and prosciutto crochetta
• Spaghetti alla Chitarra a l’Amatriciana - fresh handmade pasta in a spicy tomato sauce with guanciale, red onion and grated pecorino cheese
•  Brasato al Birra beer braised Beef Short Ribs, horseradish gremolata, sweet potato mash and sautéed rapini
• Choice of  Tiramisu or  Crème Brulee
